Overview
Artificial Intelligence (AI) is transforming the world. The rapid progress of Generative AI, such as ChatGPT, Sora/Sora 2, and DeepSeek, is creating shockwaves in industries, stock markets, and societies. New developments include Agentic AI and the unrelenting pursuit of Artificial General Intelligence (AGI). On the one hand, AI can drive productivity enhancements, enable new business opportunities, and supercharge innovations. On the other hand, AI will transform work and the workplace and change the ways we live and interact with others. In this workshop, we will discuss the opportunities and challenges presented by AI, and how it will transform the future of work, society, and humanity.
Professor Keng SIAU will lead the discussion and explore research topics related to AI with participants, such as AI Governance, Ethical AI, Human-AI Collaboration, and Human-Centered AI. Research related to AI in different domains, such as Ageing Population, Education, Healthcare, Mental Wellness, and Resilient Workforce, will also be discussed.
