Bieke Zaman is assistant professor in Human-Computer Interaction at the Faculty of Social Sciences, KU Leuven, Belgium. She is member of several editorial boards (e.g. Associate Editor International Journal of Child-Computer Interaction), and member of international conference committees, such as IDC and CHI Play. Engaging in interdisciplinary research on the tech side of social and the social side of tech, Bieke pursues three specific research programs, relating to 1) value-oriented design, 2) interaction design and children and 3) educational game design.
