Prof. Mikko J. Ruohonen is the professor of information systems at the University of Tampere and chief executive of CIRCMI, Research on information, customer and innovation management. He has worked in the field of information strategy and organization development since 1984. Besides his teaching and research on information strategies, electronic business, knowledge management and interorganizational learning he has been active in a number of executive programs and large projects funded by TEKES and companies. He has published more than 100 articles, reports and columns, four textbooks and a number of large industry research reports. He has served more than 20 years for IFIP.
