Ken Peffers is Professor of Management Information Systems at the Lee Business School, University of Nevada Las Vegas. His research has focused on the value of information systems investments in the firm, requirements acquisition for IS, and design science research. Prof. Peffers holds a Bachelor of Arts in History from New College (Sarasota) and a PhD in MIS and Industrial Engineering from Purdue University. He has held various positions in MIS and computer science with Rutgers University, the University of Hong Kong, Texas Tech University, and the Hong Kong University of Science and Technology. Prof. Peffers is an Elder of the Sault Tribe of Chippewa Indians of Michigan.
