Associate Professor Antonio Martini is an associate professor at University of Oslo and a Principal Strategic Researcher at CA Technologies. His experience covers software engineering and management in several contexts: large, embedded software companies, small, web companies, business to business companies, startups. He has also started his own company and ran a project with Ericsson EPG and one with Volvo IT to manage and visualize technical debt. Currently he is developing a process and a tool (AnaConDebt) to manage technical debt in large companies.
